We have a variety of processes to reclaim parts. If you’re curious if we can handle the job or not, just ask us and we’ll let you know which technique we think is best for the job. You’ll be consulted on which method our decades of experience would recommend. Whether it’s Power Washing or Hydro Blasting; Thermal Burn Off, Dry Ice Blasting, Ultrasonic Cleaning or Tumbling.
Paint and Rust Removal
We have a wide variety of ways to bring those old machines and parts back to beautiful.
Hydro Blasting
Hydro Blasting is the preferred method for rust removal and can be adjusted from light to heavy abrasive, depending on what is needed to accomplish production specs. Reach out to us to discuss what is the right method for your project.
Thermal Burn Off
Thermal Burn Off is ideal for paint removal. To clean coated surfaces, the thermal burn off method causes paint to decompose or burn off, turning it to ash or residue that is easily removed. Please contact us for a verbal meeting to determine whether your metal will qualify for thermal burn off.
Tumbling
Remove rust and paint from metal parts with our state-of-the-art tumbling process. Tumbling doesn’t eat away at the rust and metal like chemicals, but instead utilizes friction to remove that undesirable coat of paint and rust.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
We use high-frequency sound to remove contaminants like grease, dirt, oil, paint, and mold release agents from parts.
Blasting: Sand, Dry Ice, & Vapor
Most people know about Sand Blasting, your typical way to remove rust and paint, but we have other ways to clean those pieces that might even be more effective and less abrasive.
We bring you the latest in cleaning services with our Dry Ice Blasting service. This alternative to sandblasting provides a safer and more efficient way to remove a variety of dirt, grime and particles from your tools or equipment. We’ve used it for mold, paint, soot, rust, oil, and grease. Let us know if you’re ready to take your cleaning into the 21st century.
Vapor Blasting is yet another method we can explore to clean those parts and pieces of equipment. We use a mixture of water and abrasive media and compressed air to help reduce dust and heat as well as provide a smoother, more controlled surface finish.
